1. Acquire and hold net-leased commercial properties (Properties), in order to provide Investors with stable dividend yield;
2. Minimize risk by investing in Properties in targeted market segments, with lease income that exceeds debt service, and has consistent yield and tenancy qualities.
3. Achieve steady growth in the value of the asset, through scheduled rent increases, to allow preferred return to investors and stakeholders upon capital events.
4. Allocate a portion of surplus yield, after the payment of preferred return to investors, to Veteran Service Organizations.
